ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence.
You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose or violate any applicable laws.
Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
SECTION 2
PRODUCTS

L.A.LINEA designs and sells footwear and apparel products. Products may be:
The estimated production and delivery time of 4 weeks is indicative and may vary depending on production capacity, suppliers, logistics providers or exceptional circumstances. We will notify customers of any significant delays by email.
We make every effort to accurately display product colours, materials and finishes. However, colours may vary depending on device settings and screen calibration.
All product descriptions, images, specifications, availability and prices may be modified at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 3
ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues or product unavailability.
Customers agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.
Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after order confirmation, cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.
If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of order confirmation and before production has started, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
This provision does not affect any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable French and European law, including statutory withdrawal rights where applicable (see Section 6 and Section 7).
SECTION 4
PRICING AND BILLING
All prices displayed on this website are shown in Euros (€).
L.A.LINEA operates under the French micro-enterprise tax regime ("franchise en base de TVA"). No French VAT is charged in accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The mention "TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI" applies to all invoices.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is that in effect at the time the order is validated, as stated in the order confirmation email.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and any local fees applicable outside France remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Payment is due in full at the time of order.
SECTION 5
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Paris, France. The total estimated timeline of 4 weeks covers both production and standard delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by suppliers, production partners, carriers, customs authorities or exceptional circumstances are outside our control.
Once the order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. L.A.LINEA cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.
Additional customs duties or import taxes for international orders may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
SECTION 6
EUROPEAN CONSUMER RIGHTS
Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable French and European legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Unless an exception applies, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without providing any reason. In such cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
This right does not apply to products that are clearly personalised or manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications (see Section 7).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law. In the event of conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer law, the mandatory provisions prevail.
SECTION 7
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
L.A.LINEA products fall into two categories:
Standard Made-to-Order Products
Products manufactured after order confirmation according to L.A.LINEA's standard collection specifications, without individual customer customisation. Customers benefit from all applicable consumer rights, including the statutory 14-day withdrawal period provided by European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), subject to the product being returned in its original, unused condition at the customer's expense.
Personalised Products
Products manufactured according to the customer's individual choices, specifications, customisations, measurements, embroidery, colours or other personalised elements selected at the time of order. In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Code de la consommation and applicable European consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products clearly manufactured to the consumer's specifications. The personalised nature of a product will always be clearly indicated before purchase. By confirming such an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on this website — including logos, designs, graphics, texts, photographs, videos, product names and trademarks — is the exclusive property of L.A.LINEA (Lorenzo Almasio) unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial use or public display without prior written permission from L.A.LINEA is strictly prohibited.
The Shopify platform name, logo and related trademarks are the property of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners.
